100% PBO (aramid) cord
PBO cord, not polyester
PBO is the fibre sold as Zylon. It holds its strength at the temperatures a CVT runs at and barely stretches under load, which is the failure every CVT belt eventually dies of: the cord creeps, the belt sits deeper in the sheave, and the machine starts shifting badly long before the belt breaks. Most cheap belts run polyester cord. This one does not.
